NIS Economic Stimulus Program

NIS will pay you or your favorite charity CASH if your referral turns into a signed agreement.

Simply fill out the below form and we will send you a confirmation of your participation. Depending on the valueof the contract sold, NIS could donate as much as $1,000!

Your charity deserves some help in our tough economy...Imagine being able to give some extra money to your local school, church or charity.

Just a few rules:

ti increase success, it is helpful if your interested party is aware that a NIS representative will call them
You may refer us to someone within your own company
Your form will be rejected if a referral with the same information is already on file
Cash incentive is for NEW NIS clients only
Cash payment is made when your interested client signs a contract with NIS. (A check will be mailed in your name to your charity or organization of your choosing)
NIS is not responsible for taxes or conflicts of interest that might exist
Referral forms expire if contact cannot be made within 10 days of your submission
Payout is based on contract value, maximum payment is $1000 (contract value of $50K or more)
Cash award will be based only the first contractual arrangement with a new client (sorry no credit given for sales made after the first contract)
You will be kept informed of NIS progress and proposal values
